What is the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)? The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a computerized list of ALL homes offered for sale by real estate brokerages in your area. The MLS is the primary tool used by Realtors to find homes for their buyers, and for most Realtors and buyers, it is the only tool they need to find the right home. Realtors search the MLS daily to find potential matches for their buyers.
The MLS provides the biggest marketing advantage in selling houses. This kind of exposure to Realtors and their buyers is not available anywhere else. You maximize your chances of selling your property quicker and at a better price when it is listed on the MLS.

How do I make changes to my listing? Make changes to your listing at any time by emailing changes to Changes@utahsuperagents.com, please include your MLS number. Additionally you make fax changes and corrections to 801.991.2976. Your change will occur on the MLS within 1 business day.

We charge our clients a flat rate as low as $299 for a flexible term listing (up to 12 months) with a right to cancel at any time for any reason. Though we have additional services you are not obligated to pay for any other service unless you order it.

BUYER'S AGENT COMMISSION: All listings are subject to the policies of the MLS. The MLS requires that all advertisements on their system offer a buyer-agent commission. However, the amount of commission you offer a buyer's agent is completely up to you (Anti-trust laws prohibit the MLS from specifying how much commission you should offer). Our company takes no part of the buyer-agent commission, unless we bring the buyer. If you find your own buyer (no agent involved in your sale), you will not pay a buyer-agent commission.
REPRESENTATION: You are responsible for all showing arrangements with buyers and/or buyer-agents. You will also handle all offer negotiations with buyers and/or buyer-agents. Though you are handling your own showing arrangements and offer negotiations, we are considered to be your recognized agents.
